PIT JACKS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
The pre-mot testing of commercial vehicles have never been more important. One factor of pre-mot testing is underside inspection.
This can be done one of two ways:
- Firstly, by jacking a vehicle up using a commercial vehicle pit jack allowing the wheels to be raised off the floor to test wear and play, this can be done on either a fixed lift or over a vehicle inspection pit.
- The second way to test the play and wear of wheels is by using commercial vehicle play detectors, by using a motor and 20mm plate the play detectors move in 8 directions. To move the wheel play detectors we supply a handheld remote to allow the mechanic to control all scenarios of the plates. The wheel play detectors are the same as we fit into all the ATF Testing lanes and are robust to take 20t axle weights.
